Situation:

Northeastern students weren’t reaping the benefits of social media because they were receiving conflicting information from various members of the Northeastern teachers and staff.

Challenge:

The university didn’t have a consolidate approach to educating it’s students to the proper application of social media.

Solution:

Joselin Mane, of BostonTweetUp and LITBeL Consulting, partnered with the career services department to host one of their lunch and learn workshops.

Results:

The lunch and learn was one for the most successful and well attend session the university has ever experienced.  The staff feedback was overwhelming positive as they now have a unified blueprint guide to provide their students.
